Michael Jackson sued for $20 million

Michael Jackson is being sued for $20 million.

The 'Thriller' singer has been accused of a breaching a contract his manager signed last November with AllGood Entertainment, which promised the star would participate in a reunion concert with the Jackson 5 before any solo tours.

However, he has since signed a deal with AEG Live to perform a 50-date residency at London's O2 arena, which starts next month, and now AllGood are suing for damages.

A statement released by the company read: "This is a case where the little guy followed the rules and was pushed aside by industry giants AEG and the Jacksons for the promise of bigger money and movies."

The company claims Jackson and his manager Frank Dileo "secretly teamed up with AEG" and booked the UK shows even though they knew it was in violation of his contract.

They added: "Dileo and the Jacksons must be held accountable for violating AllGood's rights under a contract which was signed two full months prior to AEG's O2 London agreement."

AllGood wants to prevent Jackson from "producing, performing and promoting" his London 'This Is It' shows at any time.

The Jackson 5 reunion concert is tentatively scheduled to take place on July 3 2010.
