Jay-Z & Mary J Blige Sued For Stealing Songs

Jay-Z got an early Christmas gift this year, a nice fat... lawsuit. Jigga and Mary J Blige are the center of a new federal lawsuit filled with allegations of song theft. Jermaine Jumpp and Michael C Adams say they gave a CD to Rodney "Darkchild" Jenkins containing "On My Mind," which they say he used to record Mary's "Enough Cryin," four years later.

What's that have to do with Jay-Z? Jay-Z is credited as a songwriter for the track. Back in August, Mary J was sued by a company that claimed she stole their song for her track "Work that." That song was later used for an iPod commercial. Drama Family Entertainment wants $2 million for the alleged theft.
